A Remedy is referred to the manner in which someone’s right is enforced by a court of law. Example: when a person has been harmed personally in an accident or intentionally or has been defamed or his/her things such as boxes of strawberries have been taken away or damaged… The court may award the injured party money or performance: when such compensation is intended to be in total satisfaction, then it is labeled by court as adequate remedy.
